I started this project back in February, with little to no experience with C++ I started learning C++ and did tons of research.
Meanwhile, I came up with ideas for the game which had the requirement to be themed around 'Bounce'.
One of my first ideas were  Ping pong or an Angry birds like game where you had to bounce your character to destroy enemy buildings tactically.

Eventually, it ended up way more peaceful and became BlobbyBounce.
I still have many ideas for this game and I'm planning on eventually implementing these things.
Like the B-Rusher and DoughKnights enemies I came up with.
Due to time, I wasn't able to add these features to the game.

Let's go over some of the lore I initially had in mind.

Initial Lore
The evil dentist has sent their minions to brush away all the candies in this beautiful world, leaving it barren and lifeless. Blobby is the last hope for this universe and needs your help to stop this evil from destroying everything.

As a player, your task is to help Blobby navigate through the candy world, fighting off the dentist's minions and collecting candies along the way. You must use your skills and wits to help Blobby reach the evil dentist and put a stop to their plans once and for all.

So, are you ready to join Blobby on this mission to save the universe and restore the beauty of the candy world? Let's go!

When I made this idea I also had a few enemies in mind you would have to face in this game.
Let me introduce you to them:

B-Rushers

In BlobbyBouncer, players encounter different enemies, including the B-Rushers.
These basic foes resemble toothbrushes, but don't let their appearance fool you, as they are extremely dangerous.
One wrong move, and they can brush you out of existence.

Infected DoughKnights

Dough Knights are a unique and interesting species of creatures in this candy universe. These loyal donut knights used to protect Queen Candy against any kind of danger, and they were known for their bravery and their unshakable loyalty. However, since the arrival of the evil dentist, they have been acting strangely, as if they have been infected by some sort of dark magic.

It is a mystery as to why they have become so loyal to the evil dentist. Perhaps he has some sort of control over them, or maybe he has cast a spell on them that has caused them to act out of character. Whatever the reason may be, it is clear that the Dough Knights are no longer the same creatures that they once were.

MolarBowlers

MolarBowlers are mysterious creatures in this magical candy world. Their appearance is that of a molar, but they fly around like rockets making them a unique and dangerous foe. These creatures possess a hard structure that can crush Blobby, posing a significant threat to his safety. Therefore, players must be extra cautious when encountering MolarBowlers during gameplay. It is essential to keep your distance and avoid any close contact with these flying creatures to ensure Blobby's survival.

Now that I introduced you to these weird enemies.
I would like to introduce you to the hero of this story.
Off course that could only be one creature and that is Blobby!



Blobby Bouncer

Meet Blobby, the lovable main character of BlobbyBouncer! Blobby's unique body structure allows him to move left and right with ease, and his bouncy nature means he can bounce into the air. As you journey through the game, you'll come to rely on Blobby's agility and quick reflexes to overcome the many obstacles and enemies that stand in your way. Whether he's bouncing over pits or dodging the dangerous B-Rushers, Blobby is always up for a challenge. So get ready to join Blobby on his bouncing adventure!

As you can see this game is not done as how I want it to be.
So expect more updates on this game in the future!
And also watch out for those deep pits I don't know what those purple/pink stains are on those spikes but its definitely not something good.
